Trip The Light Theatre was a contemporary dance and physical theatre company co-founded by myself and writer/director Cassiah Joski-Jethi. We toured two original productions in 2015 and 2016.
“The Sun Shining On Her Hands offers a very timely feminist interpretation of the character of Marie from Woyzeck, while also being a very experimental and engaging production in its own right.”
“… [these] show and dance-oriented productions in general are about feeling and invoking an emotional response. The Sun Shining On Her Hands does this, and then some.”
“Living up to its expectations of ‘physical theatre’, the production shines a bright beam for [the genre].”
